Winter Woolies

According to Metcheck in the United Kingdom this week there is an 'increasingly wintry theme', not to mention 'sleet, snow and bitterly cold temperatures' on the cards, brrr! I'm not a big fan of the cold so I think I need to reassess my woollens situation pronto! I had a look online and as expected, found a plethora of cute, fuzzy options, and a few cool ideas for if you're feeling a little less cute and fuzzy, but still want to stay toasty! To be honest though, I am a sucker for anything that looks warm and wooly!

Photobucket
Clockwise from top left: Pink Ted Baker gloves and scarf, Red Accessorize beret and slippers, Yellow leather gloves from ASOS, Cream scarf from Dorothy Perkins, Matching Accessorize beret and scarf, Blue fairisle Fahri by Nicole Fahri gloves - ASOS, Red and white knitted Topshop hat, Hot water bottles from Boots, Bedsocks and earmuffs from Accessorize, Pink and yellow gloves from ASOS, Grey scarf from All Saints

How do you like to keep warm when the temperature drops? (no innuendo intended!)

I'm having trouble at the moment finding a hat, as I have a ridiculously large head and all the pretty girly ones are too small!

I rely on cheap, brightly-coloured acrylic "pashminas" in the winter!

Increasingly wintry is the understatement of the year!

I have a MASSIVE head so I feel your first commenter: it's so rare hats fit me! I don't like getting wrapped up warm because it means I can't get my legs out and I feel old and blah when I have trousers on, as bizarre as that sounds...

I just came back from a long holiday in a hot country and am shocked at how cold it is here! I did love seeing a lot of snow as we were landing though!
I love wearing fuzzy stuff in this weather!!

For people with big heads - try M&S! I have a friend with a large head (it sounds so odd when I say it like that!) and she swears by their hats!
