Modcloth

Is there a blogger around that doesn't adore Modcloth? I love their quirky names, and vintage style, plus they were one of the first online shops to really realise the power of bloggers and I love checking out their 'blogger of the month'. To tell you the truth though, I have never actually bought anything from them. The shipping is so expensive to the UK, I keep almost buying and then thinking 'oh, but what if it doesn't fit, and I have to send it back as well!' Reading about Ella Inspired's favourite modcloth finds the other day though I decided to make my own list of what has almost tempted me to give in and shop!

I know the feeling! I've never been on the site itself, due to shipping (and I should only be buying work clothes atm) but I have seen things on other blogs and they look lovely. Really like that wrap around cardigan, unusual shape.

I completely agree, I always lust over things on there but have never bought anything because of worrying about sizing and shipping. They should create a UK site for us Brits! I want to go and look on the site now but I know it would be torture...

I love Modcloth as well, but I always halt when I realise how much it would be to send to the UK!

I think I made a Modcloth list ages ago! I was willing to pay the crazy shipping prices for one particular dress I found, but I was heartbroken when my card wouldn't work on there! Modcloth UK would be a cool idea.

I feel your pain, re: shipping! But for me, it's in regard to Top Shop! Perhaps we should trade continents for awhile? haha

Silliness aside though, I adore ModCloth. I've never purchased anything from them (even shipping to Canada is expensive), so I admire from afar.

(I'm totally coveting that pictorial dictionary, too! It looks so fun!)

Anyhow, lovely post. I might have to do my own version of this but with Top Shop. ;) (If you don't mind, that is.)
