Cuckoo for Lulu

It's no secret that I am handbag girl. Yes, shoes are nice, but when it comes to accessories I like my eyecandy on my arm, not at my feet! I am slowly building a collection of favourites and classics which will, I hope, last forever,  but one designer I will never never have enough of is Lulu Guinness.

I absolutely adore her quirky style - who wouldn't want a London Cab, or a Flower Pot dangling from their arm if it was designed by her?! I remember first being introduced to her by a friend of my mum's whose hallway was a shrine to Lulu - bags and shoes and accessories everywhere! I am lucky enough to own one of her less iconic but still gorgeous pieces which I got fantastically reduced at London Fashion Weekend a couple of years ago, but I definitely have my eye on a Lips clutch. Maybe one day!
Ok silly question, but indulge me - if you were a handbag what one would you be?!

I love Lulu Guiness handbags so so much, but am unfortunately not in possession of one. I really love the ones that look like shop fronts, although this are all to die for! Perhaps for my 21st....
I'm not a bag or a shoe lover but both! But I think I tend to buy bags more often because they generally cost less. And that's not a terribly good thing!

I've loved Lulu Guinness since I was a little kid! That black and white bow handbag has got my name written all over it! If I were a handbag which one would I be? Hmm... I'm going to have to say my current lust, a candy pink Chanel handbag. Feminine, classic, and practical :)

Wow this is the most beautiful and sweet collection of bags that I have ever seen. I so want something from this collection. My favourites are the purple bag, the key chain telephone booth and the lips.

I've never heard of Lulu Guinness but those hand bags are lovely. I'm not sure which is my favorite of the ones you posted...

I think I would be some kind of quirky leather bag with lots of practical pockets?

These are lovely, aren't they? I've got one of her small zip-up bags. It was a present from a friend so I'm not sure what it's meant to be. Think it's actually meant to be a make-up bag, but I use it as an evening bag. xx

I'm a handbag girl too! Lately I've been rather neglecting my 'wants' though, I wish I could buy myself a nice, well made one, but they can be quite expensive! Boohoo. I love that her designs are so quirky, amongst a sea of plain leathers which cost a fortune - definitely get your money's worth with Lulu! :)

That sea shell one is my favourite! To be honest, I'm not a great fan of graphic prints on bags, but the sea shell one is just enough of quirk for me!
