This weekend I went for an Autumnal walk through the grounds of Blenheim Palace. It definitely enhanced my already documented love of orange! The leaves were just beginning to turn and there were so many beautiful colours of berries and the last of the wilting roses. Obviously I dressed to match! It was pretty overcast by the time we headed to a local pub for massive doorstop sandwiches, but fear not! I had my lovely new super soft coat to keep me warm. Everytime anyone compliments me on it I immediately force them to stoke it - it's wool and it just feels gorgeous compared to usual acrylic-y feeling coats. I don't think I'll ever be able to go back to manmade fibres again for any of my woollen needs.

Your outfit is lovely and the photography is brilliant. I love the colours and the way they play off one another, in particular your t-shirts colour stands out from the black yet blends with the autumnal leaves.

I really enjoy taking autumn walks but I want a new coat, I get so bored of last years and find I like to have a couple to choose between. Which means buying a new one each season. he he... You really suit the colour orange and can see it being your staple colour this season. Looks a like a fun day out.

Ah darling, I love this post. :) You look adorable, of course. And this looks like such a fun time! I love the look of fallen leaves. That last picture is beautiful. I love how in England there's just random castles and such, I want to come so bad! :)

That coat is fantastic...I am sure the wool is brilliant!!! :)

That coat looks perfect for autumn. Nice outfit choice! The last picture has so much atmosphere. I just want to step inside of it and think wistful, slightly bitter sweet thoughts while wearing a thick woolen sweater.

You look so cosy in that coat! I've always wanted to visit Blenheim, after this post even more so! The last picture is looks like it could have been taken yesterday or centuries ago. Brilliant.
