I love seeing recipes and photos of beautiful food as much as the next blogger, but when it comes to making it myself I am not nearly so skilled. I think I could just about manage these Rise Crispy Cakes though, which my boyfriend made on Sunday while I 'documented' the process!
Chop four mars bars into fifths, and melt in a saucepan with a little butter and milk, until the mixture is smooth but not too runny. Add rice crispies, and spoon into paper cases. Leave to cool for a few hours on the side, or in the fridge if you're impatient!
