I'm attempting to reduce my coffee intake by exchanging my morning cuppa for a green tea instead. I'm hoping eventually I might grow to like it!

Lovely pictures! I've tried to wean myself off of tea/coffee with green tea but felt it tasted like stewed grass?! Haha, hope you have more luck than me!

I love green tea! I can't drink it on an empty stomach though, so having it as a coffee replacement is out of the question! I also find it's best to drink it with something added - so green tea + lemon, or my favourite, green tea + jasmine. Yum!

I'd always hated green tea until I tried it with a small spoonful of honey - the sweetness of that counteracts the bitter, grassy taste. Love that mug, too! x

I'm sure I haven't tried green tea, allthough I am pretentious enough to imagine myself a connoisseur! Haha:)
I would love to know if there are various ways to drink it, i dare say i need to look it up. The honey idea (above) sounds delicious.

I am also distracted by that tasty looking toast, and where did you find that wonderful mug!?

I genuinely love green tea, but I am also addicted to my coffee in the morning! I drink way less than I used to, though. We must have about 40 types of tea in our house - my favorites are Lady Grey, Darjeeling with Vanilla, Pukka's LOVE tea and Clipper's night time tea x

I love these pictures :) so pretty :) I've never tried Green Tea but I know it's really good for you so I might give it a go!x

Green tea with lemon is a good bet - clipper sell a box of green tea with lemon infused in it already and it makes green tea much more palatable, highly recommended!

Lovely photos - I like green tea but I much prefer peppermint! xx

Clipper green tea is the only green tea I like! But the one with a raspberry flavour, it is really nice. I've been cutting on caffeine too.

Good luck! I tried to swap my normal tea for green tea, but green tea isn't very nice for my tastebuds, so I gave up! xx

Aaaah good luck. When I finished my exams, I made a concerted effort to reduce my caffeine intake. Itry and stick to one Rocket Fuel coffee in the morning, when my parents put the machine on, then water through the day and cordial in the evening during the week. I just couldn't bear to give up my morning cup of coffee, but I don't think one a day is too horrific. Let me know how you get on, I love lemon and ginger or apple and camomile tea for replacement hot drinks.

Love that cardigan mug! I'm not a hot beverage drinker but I do like peppermint tea from time to time.

You have to try the Twinnings flavoured green teas. So much tastier (because the flavour of the tea is hidden!!). Green Tea with Ginger is a favourite. Perfect for a (cold) summer morning.

And now I'm craving toast.

I love green tea, especially with jasmine. Nothing could make me give up my first coffee of the day though.

Love the mug.
I love the fruit teas especially anything with raspberry or blackcurrants in them, and they taste quite nice as an ice tea drink.

Good luck cutting out coffee. I'm not a coffee/tea drinker. I insist on a lot of orange juice though.

I'm with Leia - green Jasmine is my favourite.

Sometimes I really get into drinking green tea (sencha is my favourite) - but NOTHING can replace my morning coffee. xo

I REALLY need to drink less coffee, but I hate tea! Gah!

Oh, good luck with that! I couldn't do it - need at least 3 cups of coffee before 10am to get me in work mode. xx

Beautiful photos! I have to have coffee in the morning to wake up, but I keep meaning to switch to tea later in the day. I'm such a caffeine addict.

Clipper Green Tea is the only one that I can drink - I have tried a few others and they are not good. I still don't drink it as often as I should but instead drink peppermint tea which is good for digestion. I prefer it too :)

I love green tea but it is one of those things you have to get used to. I remember thinking it tasted fishy & horrible when I first tried it! But now I can't function without it. I have about 5 cups a day of it.

It's probably really sad, but I used to work in Tesco and whenever I'd see these clipper teas I'd always want to buy them because the packaging is just SO pretty! Luckily I like tea too, may have to go for it now haha :)
