Are you feeling Christmassy yet? I have had This is Christmas by Emmy the Great and Tim Wheeler on repeat since Amazon finally delivered my packages (twice, but that's another story!) and I'm starting to get into the spirit of things!

I'm not massively in to Christmas songs as I get so bored of the same music getting trotted out each year, so I love that I finally get some new ones to listen too! You can see the video for Home for the Holidays above - it's one of my favourites. I feel like it describes so perfectly that feeling of going back to your parents' house for Christmas.

What's your favourite Christmas song, if indeed you can stand any of them?!

Christmas song listening quickly descends into warbling along to 90's pop in my house (by which I mean me, with my laptop).

Have a great Christmas :)

i love a good Christmas song and I have a soft spot for Jon Bon Jovi too, so "R2D2 we wish you a merry Christmas" is always a seasonal highlight for me! If you'd like more Christmas songs I should mention the Darren Hayman/Fika Recordings advent calendar - it's been awesome so far!

Cute video! My favourite song is Driving Home for Christmas - I agree it's easy to get bored with so many of the Christmas songs when they are played too often.

Merry Christmas dear Harriet! I'll sure try this album, as much as I love the old fashioned Christmas songs, these look just promising.

And also, I've tagged you with a questionnaire in my blog. Take a look at it when you can! xx

Happy holidays.

Handel's Messiah is the best. I also love very old traditional Christmas carols.
