I'm trying to get into the habit of using handcream regularly throughout the winter, so having my Burts Bees pot close to hand (haha, that was a pun there!) is so helpful. Along with that I am going to be really diligent in writing in my moleskine diary this year, in an attempt to be slightly less forgetful about everything so it's good to have space for that too.
My little robot and mini Ford Ka have been on my desk for ages - the robot was a present from my boyfriend and the car was from the first ever blog event I went to with Sherin absolutely years ago!
Are you the queen of organisation, or is your blogging space a hot mess? Any bets on how long my desk will actually stay looking this tidy?!

That robot is the cutest! I am a bit jealous of your lovely desk actually, I currently have a tiny table from Ikea as desk in a cramped room with another tiny table for my boyfriend's computer, sigh...

I'm certainly not the queen of organisation when it comes to the computer desk - I think I still have assignments printed from last semester strewn over the desk! Eek! Mine normally stays tidy for a few days... Haha xo
I wish my desk was tidy, but alas I always seem to pill it up with papers. But, this has inspired me to definitely give it a tidy!

I'm just jealous of an office and a proper desk. My 'office' is my sofa and an outdated PC laptop. At work though, I'd love to be a clear desk brings a clear mind kinda girl and I do agree with the idea. Unfortunately, it's covered with things and reminders I leave out for myself to do.
Must try harder...?
I am sooo jealous! That desk itself is just perfection...I've got a cheap one because it has to fit into a smallish space and it was the only one that could fit!
I've just had a tidy up of its surface too, usually its a right mess!

My desk is a disaster right now. It's always messy when I'm in the midst of a project. Anyway, I'm a bit suspicious when I walk into someone's office and everything is too neat, like no actual work is done there. No one would ever make that assumption here. :) I really do need to clean. Ok, Harriet, you have inspired me to tidy up too!
Love the second screen! I am a tidy freak. I work on our home computer but if I'm using my ancient laptop, my desk in my room is super tidy, everything has it's place! It's so much better when the desk is clutter free!
I cannot stand mess BUT somehow I manage to be as messy as a raging puppy time to time, I just don't know how. It's because the others' mess that bothers me the most. The main place I need to tidt is my laptop's files and everything. I can't tell you about the chaos going on there.
But I loved that robot so much, how cute! You desk is absolutely gorgeous, the wood looks so cozy and simply chich. When it comes to furniture, I never could get used to the modern minimalist stuff. These styles make a home much more comfortable to me. Congrats on finally organising your mess xx

I've just moved house. I've set up my computer and have it looking all pretty. I've yet to use it because I gravitate to the sofa and my laptop!

ooo, is the bert's bees handbalm helpful? My hands get so dry in the winter and now that i've moved to boston, it's even worse. Definitely need to buy some of that! :)

I definitely need to tidy up my desk. I can hardly move the mouse for junk on my desk! I do have lots of pinboards and white boards on the wall for ideas and pictures though.
