A simple weekday supper - omlette smothered in pepper and Parmesan cheese, with salad, couscous, hummus and sour cream. A perfect quick and easy meal for a Tuesday when I came home from work absolutely starving and with very little in the fridge!
Yum I love omlettes! So quick and simple - I actually had one last night. Each time I try to add a different ingredient, for example I has peppers in mine yesterday, and has ham, courgette, tomatoe, salami and sausage in before! ~ ox
This is almost the exact dinner I've had yesterday, what a coincidence! I love omelettes, as much as I love sour cream and salad. Looks very delicious! x
That looks so good to me right now. I love warm simple foods that are cheesy and creamy and gooey and all that lovely stuff, especially after a long day at work! :)

that looks lovely, i usually bung a load of cheese in and sometimes onions. i need to try something else, will experiment tomorrow for tea
