I'm on a bit of a healthy eating kick at the moment. My skin is not looking it's best and I know I don't eat enough fruit and vegetables, so I've gone a bit fruit mad! I'm not really a fruit fan to be honest, so I'm trying to find more interesting fruits and more interesting ways of getting them into my meals. So far the goats cheese and apple toasted sandwich I had for lunch on Sunday is the clear winner, but there's something delicious and summery about a perfectly ripe peach that is pretty good too!
