Ren Skincare

Pretty much as soon as I wrote about my skincare regime in May I decided I was disatisfied with it. Sometimes it just takes writing something down to realise you need to make a change. I took my usual approach to these things and subscribed to a million beauty blogs and read about pretty much every review there is, before deciding to give all my money to Ren.

It was a good decision as it turns out! I purchased the Invisible Pores Detox mask first, and I can honestly say it has changed my skin so much for the better. I use it 1-2 times a week depending on how bad my skin is, more when I have been eating and drinking too much and less when I've been a good girl! It's got clay in it, which just seems to draw all the bad stuff out of my skin and leave it feeling clear and soft.

I went a few weeks without it between using up my last bottle, and purchasing the one in the photos above and I really missed it. I was so glad when my Ren parcel arrived and I was able to give my skin a good detox again!

I order all my Ren products from the Ren Website because they have the best deals. The first time you order you get 10% or 20% off I think, and free delivery, and it's free delivery all the time on orders over £30. You also get 2-4 samples you can choose with every order (hence the little tiny tubes above) and when you've decided on you favourite Ren product you get 10% off that one for life! And if that's not enough if you sign up for their mailing list they always seem to have other offers on when you purchase things, including free products or random 20% off days.

Basically I've never got less than 20% off my products, I've never paid for delivery and I love being able to try the samples so they've definitely won me over!

The other product I bought this time around was the Glycolactic Radiance Renewal mask. I haven't had this for very long so I don't feel ready to give a proper review yet, but Jen from A Little Bird Told Me and Kate from Gh0stparties both gave it very positive reviews so I am looking forward to trying it out properly.

Sounds like a bargain if you're getting lots of discounts! I've not that brand before, but I'm currently in a make-up/skincare free zone as my skin has flared up and is not happy atm!

I've not heard this brand, but I feel like I should! I'm always on the hunt for a new skincare brand.

that's a great idea on their part to give you all these samples and discounts, it's definitely the kind of thing that would make me try a brand and keep coming back as long as i liked the product too. i'll have to check them out!
