Orange you glad to see me

scarf - h&m, tee - orphan arms, skirt - cos, belt - vintage, bangle - kate spade, shoes - office

Sometimes an outfit comes together which looks just perfect on camera and in real life, and I wonder why I didn't think of that combination of clothes before. This is definitely one of those outfits, and I am pretty happy with how the photos turned out too. I haven't worn this Cost skirt for ages (it's actually the only thing from Cos I own) but now I remember how much I love it I will definitely be getting it out more often.

The heat is starting to dial down here a little bit, and so it's getting a little chillier in the evenings, hence the scarf, although I love that it's still warm enough to leave my cardigan at home.

this skirt is gorgeous, classic but unusual.

Lovely outfit, it does work very well together!
I have to admit I'm a little annoyed at the thought of having to embrace scarves again, so soon after the warm sun, but I think you're right. It's raining here today.

it's funny how you have clothes that you just don't wear for a while and when you finally do you remember how much you love it and wonder how you ever forgot about it. it's a great skirt, and it's so simple it would go with anything.
