Barry M Gelly Hi Shine Nails

I came pretty late to the world of loyalty cards, and although now I have about fifty cluttering up my purse, the only one I will go out of my way to use is my Boots Advantage card. I think it's the most generous loyalty scheme about, with 4 points for every pound spent (1 point is then worth 1p off something else), plus lots of opportunities to earn extra points on things you would be buying anyway, so I always rack up the points fairly quickly.

This time around I spent my points on these two Barry M Gelly Hi Shine nail polishes - in Lychee and Pomegranate (I was feeling fruity!)

I love how smoothly they both go on, and they are quite long lasting as well -  not as much as my beloved Essie polishes, but also half the price so there is that.  The polishes are quite shiny, though not significantly more shiny than others so I am not totally sure they fit the name, but I really like the colours. They are completely different to anything else I have in my admittedly small nail polish collection, so I am looknig forward to getting some good use out of them.

Essie polishes are by far the best polishes in the World aren't they?! But I agree these gelly ones by Barry M are really good for their price. I've recently invested in my first one in Greenberry and the colours is amazing! I'd definitely recommend it :) x

Ooh I have some of these - I love the lilac one they do. Though now I'm pretty tempted to buy the beige one after seeing your lovely nails Harriet!

Barry M are good for colour - I have a their basic paint in Bright Red and it's my favourite. Can't speak on the chippage front though, as I normally manage to ruin my nails within hours of painting them :)
