George Jumper

jumper courtesy george, trousers - zara, shoes - primark, watch - casio

This is a very different outfit from my usual but one which I absolutely love. The jumper was sent to me by George (check out their womens christmas jumpers) and is so lovely and big and soft. I would say if you aren't ordering something oversized like a jumper then size down, as all their clothes come up a little big compared to highstreet sizing, but for a jumper I don't think it matters.

The trousers are from Zara and are definitely a departure from my normal style! They are surprisingly comfortable however (once you've hopped about a bit getting them on!) and keep me pretty warm.

I'm under doctor's orders not to wear heels at the moment, as I've injured my foot (which means I probably won't make my running target alas) which is a shame as I think this would look better with heels, but a pair of flats doesn't look too bad either.

You look gorgeous, heels or not. Love the jumper, I have a pair of leather look trousers from topshop (also surprising comfy once hauled on) and love wearing them with wool for a casual look. Hope your foot repairs quickly- I'm currently trying to break in the highest pair of heels I've ever worn... what I wouldn't give to be in flats right now....

The George jumper looks so good, if you said it was by COS or some other lux high street brand I wouldn't challenge it. Really looks good on you. Damn about the foot, you can still work those arms though!

The jumper looks so comfy. I'm seriously impressed by George at Asda. Got a coat from there and love it.

That jumper looks perfectly cosy! I am so into jumpers again now that it's turned cold, I am always on the lookout for the next cosy jumper to add to my wardrobe...

I really like George for knitwear, my favourite summer knit came from there, although being such a scorcher I didn't get to wear it much! The one you have here is really nice, I much prefer a raglan sleeve and the colour is lush.

What a steal that jumper is, I will have to hunt it down in the aisles next time I am getting the milk! xx

That is definitely a beautiful jumper!
I do like Asda's clothes (and completely agree with you on the sizing) - I'm currently thinking about buying the Christmas Robin women's jumper, but I'd quite like to try it on first before buying. I'll have to make a trip out sometime soon :-) x

Love the jumper. I definitely need a big cosy jumper to snuggle up in.

I think I have the same pair of trousers - did you get them in the sale? I found the last pair in my size and went for it, though ended up wearing them on a long walk which was not the best idea!

This looks great with flats: it dresses down the trousers so they're not too dressy.
