Oooh that looks delicious! Dhal reminds me of my old uni housemate, she used to make serious batches and would clog up our freezer for weeks on end! Haha. Also, I love Pugly Pixel too, it's such a great place to grab graphics etc. I really want to put some of those to good use!

In answer to your comment, I used a tripod! I simply mounted the flash onto my camera and popped it on. Inly thing was, I didn't like using it sideways as the weight of the camera meant the angle was skewed so I had to use it horizontal

I bought my boyfriend this book for Christmas, I've not had a chance to have a good look through it yet though. Hugh's books are always full of some great (and practical) recipes though.
